ACV and cucumbers

I like to cut up 3 or 4 cucumbers and put them in a bowl and soak overnight in vinegar.
You can use regular or ACV for this and it will help you lose weight. Cucumbers are very low in calories and just the digestion of cucumbers help burn more calories than the cucumbers have and the benefits of ACV at helping at burn fat also is a plus.
I did this as a snack especially before going to bed and lost about 30 lbs. in about 3 to 4 months. Reason why just before going to bed is that you also burn calories while sleeping and you are less likely to want to eat anything else for several hours and it gives time for digestion.
I did this a few years ago then stopped and now I gained weight again but I'm going to start back up again along with working out as well.
