ACV and weight loss shock!!!

I really don't have a long story but, here it is.

On May the 27th 2008, my weight was 186. Today on June the 5th 2008, my weight is at 175!!!!

I started drinking the ACV because I did not have enough money for the pills last week. I did not know the power of ACV. I figured that it should work because it's in a pill.

Now that I know why it has worked so well thanks to this Web site, I will keep drinking this million dollar stuff.

I did not workout at all but the weight seem to fall off. This would be great for overweight people that can't get up and do a little exercise.

I just discovered that ACV helps heartburn.

I suffer from GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) and I have been prescribed Nexium. I really don't like to take medication so on those nights when I wake up with a mouthful of acid I take Baking Soda and water, this stops the burning in my throat and stops my heartburn, but when you mix an acid and a base you get gas, and I have the worse case of the "Burps".

So I just found out about ACV by luck. I have taken it 3 times this week and I have to say it is amazing. I took it before bed time when I knew it was gonna be one of those nights and I have not had any problems. :)

Just have got to add! My hubby was diagnosed with severe acid reflux about 10 years ago. At that point, he was consuming 4 and 5 packs of antacids a day.

The doc told him that his AR would only get worse. We believed him until we started looking up natural cures for his condition. We heard that ACV could work.

We bought the raw ACV at a natural store on the cheap and within 5 minutes it was gone! It went away for a WEEK! It has been at least 4 years and he is CURED!!!!

I have started to research AVC since a couple of days as I'm very apprehensive about consuming stuff like this as I'm on medication for hair loss and also have a multi nodular thyroid, but not on any medication for this.

I'm amazed at the weight loss stories. Please advise me... what is the dosage and frequency. Any side effects??

I'm very keen to buy and need to lose 20 pounds.

I had real bad acid reflux 15 minutes ago and started searching the web for home remedies and read that the apple cider vinegar was good for acid reflux.

I tried it but I was real sceptical about the results, just thinking that it wouldn't make sense to put acid into more acid, but I tried it and it worked!

Now I do not have acid reflux and I feel great.

I also have another stomach problem which is that most of the time constipated and read that ACV is also good for that, therefore I am going to keep drinking it.

I also read that is good for loosing weight, I have another reason to do this. It is great to know that something so inexpensive does so many good things for the body, I'm anxious to see the results.

Hello, Mary-Ann,

Apple cider vinegar will not make your heartburn worse, quite the opposite!
I am 99% sure ACV will solve your acid reflux problem in a jiffy.
