ACV for Bladder Infection.

by Iris Black
(Paris, Texas)

French translation

Last week, I felt a bladder infection starting and since my doctor is out his office, Thursday-Monday, I knew I needed help, fast, so I went searching.

It was suggested 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp organic honey dissolved in 8 oz water. I thought, yuk, but it was worth a try.

I drank apple vinegar toddies over ice all weekend and by Monday, when my doctor would've been in his office, my infection was gone.

Since the acidity is what helps keep the harmful bacteria at bay, I've continued to drink an apple cider vinegar and honey, everyday.

I use 1 tbs. vinegar and 2 tsp honey as a preventative drink.
