OKAY, I am not for the legalized drugs prescribed by doctors, all they want to do is hove chemicals down your throat.

My weight loss has decrease my acid reflux and the ACV (has decreased my) blood pressure and cravings. This stuff is amazing, the best medicine in the world for $3.00.

Its hard to stay on a diet when you are hungry. I never feel hungry (with apple cider vinegar).

I am 37 years old and considered by most to be in above average shape. I am a total gym rat!!

However like alot of women wanted to lose a few "vanity" pounds. It is very hard to lose weight when you are already in shape.

I came across the idea of trying apple cider vinegar by way of another diet which said it would be of great help in losing weight. I decided to try it.

I mix my acv with a little honey and drink 2x per day. One week later my weight was down almost 2lbs. I thought for sure it would rebound back. It did not.

I have continued to average a pound or so each week. And I have followed my regular health diet with nothing extreme. Oh yeah and my skin has looked great too!!!!abacus

is unpasteurized apple vinegar ok to use or not. i do not seem to get this vinegar in ITALY.

I can't help but agree with you that ACV is amazing. Yup, i don't feel hungry with it! It has given me bright, clear complexion too!
