I am 46 years old. I tried a diet about 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with rheumatiod arthritis.

They said I would be in a wheelchair within 5 years if I didn't do something...So I tried everything.

I started a diet using fish oil and 2 cider vinegar tablets a day plus Tylenol arthritis for a month..

I stayed off soft drinks and drank flavored water and I lost a whopping 30 pounds in 3 weeks.....

Wish I had stayed on this but gave up, so I know it can be done....Going to do it again .

I am eighteen , female , about 5'6 , and I weighed 205 lbs when I went to the doctor last week.

I started putting two tablespoons of the organic apple cider vinegar with mother in it in a nestle pure life water bottle ( .5 L , 1 pint ) of water three days ago.

I have been inconsistent with this " diet " -- only drinking it once a day , maybe twice -- but I lost 5 lbs without changing my diet or exercising !!

I'm down to 200 lbs and I want to , eventually, get down to 150 - 160 lbs. (: I'm going to start getting serious about this -- I'm going to start taking my fish oil pills and change my diet ( because right now , it isn't healthy AT ALL ) and exercise after work , no excuses !

I was skeptical at first but losing 5 lbs in three days without dieting and exercising is better than losing 6 lbs in a week ( protein shakes and exercise ) or 7 lbs in a week ( I was a vegan for a week and I hated it . I ate just grapes for a week -- starvation , basically . )
