How ACV Has Brought The Shine & Softness Back To My Hair

First I use my favorite shampoo & conditioner as normal, then once I towel dry the excess moisture I spray my hair with a mixture of 1 part ACV with 2 parts water and comb through. (The slight smell with disappear once your hair dries)
Believe it or not I sit (at a safe distance) in front of an oscillating fan and comb my hair until it is almost dry.
It is less hassle than a regular hair dryer since I don't have to hold the dryer and can dry one side then the other in less time.
I am amazed that this product has given me softer, shinier, healthier hair!
Since the cost of a small bottle of ACV is less than a dollar, I get a great product for far less.

OUi, mon taux de sucre pouvait aller jusqu'à 170, mais se maintenait surtout entre 140 et 148 mg/dl (7,8 et 8,2 mmol/L).
