How apple cider helped me get slim!!!!

My name is Gloria. When I was doing my Advanced level at High School, I gained a lot of weight which I wondered how I could shed it off.

Luckily, I was informed about how vinegar helps to lose weight. Luckily in my search for vinegar, I came across apple cider in a supermarket.

When I read about its weight loss benefits, I started to take it. Though the taste was a bit zinnnggy, I persevered and before I realised it, everyone was asking me how I managed to get a slim, model like body. And to my surprise, up to today I haven't gained weight.

I lost weight from 69kg to 53 kg!!!!!!!!!

I myself started using ACV about 2 wks now, I'm using the BRAGG brand, but I'm not seeing any difference, I feel full but that's it. I would take 2 tsps in water 3x a day. Please Gloria email me about how u take it, and how long it took for you to lose that amount. hannahlaidlow@hotmail.com

From more browsing on this same site, I found the reply as to how to take ACV for weight loss:
2 tsp of ACV
2 tsp honey
8 oz water 1 our before meal three times a day.

FYI! I initially started taking this as a medicine for my bad acid reflux problem.
I am planning to take ACV+honey+green tea, to see if there would be any amazing result.
If yes, I would certainly let you guys know.
