Just starting ACV!!

I mix 2tsp ACV, 2tsp natural maple syrup, & a whole lemon. I mix it with a small amount of water and down it! I do this 3 times a day!

I just started it a few days ago and I already have so much energy, less cravings, and my stomach doesn’t bloat like it used to.
