However, I need everybodys support to stay motivated about losing weight.

Hi, Peace...

I've just started on ACV last week.
Seems a good idea to support each other.
My weight is 156 pounds and I intend to lose some 20 pounds. My height is 164cm and am in my 40's.

I for one have seen the difference in people I know that have been taking acv.

They did not change their diet or activity levels.

I recently saw my brother in law that I have not seen for a while. I was amazed at how much weight he has lost.

When I asked him how, he said acv. From Christmas to Easter he looked like a different person

Cider vinegar alone......

Cider vinegar alone will not assist you in losing weight and it is not that good an idea anyway since although cv is very useful for many things it is also an irritant. To lose weight and in the process become much healthier it is necessary to make a big emphasis on eating lots of fruit and LOTS of green leafy veggies along with enough water. You have to flag away all processed and rubbish 'foods' as well as fatty foods. I can give you more sustainable ideas if you like.
