Young, but healthier with apple cider vinegar

I am an 18 year old female.

I have never been overweight, but decided to start taking apple cider vinegar with water to improve my health.

After about two weeks, my hair began to look shinier and I even lost stubborn fat in my stomach area and my torso. Also, it helps me feel full before a meal and because I take it with water, I stay hydrated all day!

I would recommend this to anyone because the results are plentiful.

Being 5'6" and 108 pounds is classified as underweight.

You might want to talk with you doctor before you plan on losing any more weight.

Being 118lbs and 5'6" is even right about being underweight but still in the healthy range.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOSING ANY MORE WEIGHT UNTIL YOU TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.

Being underweight will lead to a lot of health problems just like being over weight.

5'6'' and lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks

I am 5 feet 6 inches and weighed 124 pounds a couple of weeks ago.

I finished drinking a bottle of ACV in 2 weeks, which was like 473 ml. And ... I am 6 pounds lighter exactly, after 2 weeks !

I havn't been skipping any meals, but I just felt like not eating after taking ACV with water. I hate the taste though.

I am now at 118 lbs and will continue drinking ACV.

I plan to lose 10 more pounds.
