warts treatment with ACV:
What comes
out loud and clear after reading the numerous testimonials posted below
is how delighted and surprised people are to find that such a simple
and inexpensive procedure using natural apple cider vinegar can be so
effective in removing warts.
The only drawback most often mentioned is the pain involved.
Not
everyone experiences pain, but for those who do, it can last anywhere
from a few hours to several days. In these cases, over the counter pain
medication has been found to help.
Alternative
Natural Procedure
If
you find this vinegar procedure too painful
for you or if you just
don't want to deal with the possible pain involved, there is another
home remedy to remove warts, using other completely natural substances,
which is completely pain free.
The
simple procedure
was developed by Chris Gibson and as he explains in his e-book, he used
it to remove 3 warts from his hands in 11 days. He includes dozens of
testimonials from others who have used it to remove not only planter
and common warts but also external
genital warts, moles and skin tags.
In
this 80 page e-book, Chris describes the
differences between warts,
moles and skin tags, discusses the major drawbacks of current surgical
strategies for removing them and the benefits of permanently and
painlessly
removing these skin problems with his all natural method.

I am simply amazed at this remedy.
I stumbled across this website in my desperate attempt to figure out
WHAT plantars warts were and why I had them. I'm 26 and this is my
first experience (not one I want to repeat!)
I suffered 3 months before realizing what they were and decided to give
ACV a try.
I dab the ACV on a small piece of cotton, bandaid my foot and go about
my day. I started with every night. Now I am using it 24/7.
I am on day 5 and I am simply stunned at how well they are doing. They
are dark, smaller and I can walk without limping.
The first 1-3 days expect tenderness. First of all, you're putting acid
on an open wound. Second, the skin is more inflamed at first. It gets
used to it. Now, I barely know they're there.
I have one on my heel that I suspect will be gone in a couple days.
Another on the opposite ball of my foot that is doing remarkably well.
Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU. Without finding this, I would be
spending endless dollars for OTC treatments or putting myself through
misery at the podiatrist.
I am getting married in 2 months and I refused to have ugly feet on my
honeymoon!

I had 8 planter warts on the bottom of my feet.
I used acv and I also soaked my feet in hot water. I was told it raises
the temp in your body and kills the virus.
After about 3 weeks of this the planter warts turned black and fell off.
They have not come back and its been about 7 months.

I have a five year old who has had warts since he was around 2.
We have tried many different treatments for him. Most just eats away at
his skin, and takes care of some of them, but then they multiply very
easy.
We began to use ACV, and withing a few days the wart was dark, down
low. We used baby q-tips, because they hold more fluid, and seemed to
work faster, then covered them with bandaids.
I did notice that if I used it every night, his skin became a little
irratated, so we went to every other night, or three times a week.
Takes a little longer, but his fingers were getting really red.
His warts never really fell off, they turned dark, then darker, until
there was nothing left there at all. No scares left by other medicines.
They were just gone.
It took about 3 to 4 weeks, but all 12 of them are now gone. He is so
happy. This is the best treatment ever.
Now I am using it to treat my husbands planters warts.

I am in my mid-20s, and have had genital warts for the past 3 years.
What started as one, eventually spread to roughly 12. One large one was
in a cluster, about the size of a cheerio.
I went to a local clinic 4 months ago and they used their t-acid method
of "burning" the warts off. It was the most painful thing I've ever
experienced, took weeks to heal, left scarring, and only got rid of
half of the warts.
After reaching my wits end, I decided to try the apple cider vinegar
method. I used white, water-proof medical tape and tore cotton balls in
half. In only two days, my largest warts has already turned black and
hard, and I expect it to fall off any day now. I feel reborn with
optimism and will continue to use this method until they are all gone!
The pain is VERY VERY MILD, and simply feels like a very light, very
faint sting. But it is very tolerable. I tape the cotton ball to the
wart each morning, and go about my normal activities. The white tape
stays in place throughout the day, and I then wash the area at night in
a warm shower before bed, letting it air out while I sleep.
If you are in the position I was, and feeling what I felt, TRUST ME!
This is not only the CHEAPEST method, but the most EFFECTIVE and
DISCREET way of doing it!
Discovering this remedy was one of the best things I EVER did for my
confidence and self-esteem. TRY IT!!! NOW!!! Don't wait! It truly is
AMAZING, and works!

I have had warts on the backs of both hands for probably 20 years or
more.
I have tried going to a dermatologist and liquid nitrogen freezing with
an expensive topical pharmaceutical called Aldara but they always seem
to either not go away or they go away but come back again.
A few weeks ago I started applying ACV to the warts using a Q-tip.
I am a very busy person and like to keep things as simple as possible
so all I did was a couple of times I used a razor blade to cut off the
thick skin of the wart and then applied the ACV with a Q-tip several
times per day.
No particular frequency, just when I happened to think about it.
After about a week the warts turned black and some of them fell off. I
just kept at it, applying ACV with my Q-tip.
It's been about 5 weeks now and they are almost completely healed. I
know the wart virus is very tenacious so I plan to continue topical
application of ACV with Q-tip for a few more months to try to
completely kill off the virus.
I am normally a very skeptical person about gee-whiz home remedies but
this actually seems to work. And it is so cheap, non-toxic and risk
free why not give it a try I thought. Glad I did.
Thank you for the web site and the valuable info.

This works! I am so thankful for this remedy.
My son had many tiny warts by his fingernails and the bottom of them.
We bought everything from the store and even tried to freeze them off.
Went to a dermatologist 3 times and spent 150.00 each visit to see very
little improvement. Son said, it was very painful as well. Doctor said,
where they were located was very hard to get rid of them.
Found information about vinegar and a cotton ball and that was all it
took!
After all those years! I am still amazed and so thankful.
They came right off and never to return.

Hi, I have had a plantar wart on my heel of my right foot for about 13
years. I have been trying to get rid of it for over 6 years.
I use to cut it out and my mom would help me and use some type of acid
on it. Then I tried freezing it at a doctors office (expensive didnt
work). The wart was a tricky bugger. It seemed to get bigger, it is the
size of a nickel a little bigger.
After freezing, cutting, duct taping, I went to a professional at a
foot institute in chicago to get laser treatment.
Doing this twice (extremely painful and expensive) they said it went
away, even though it never looked like it did. And I was right. It
actually grew after that.
So I gave acv a try, I'm proud to say that after duct tape with cotton
and acv it seems to be working.
It first went yellow after the first day, second day turned white and
puffed out, now it has turned brown and is still puffed out.
I'm not sure if I should cut it, but I'm gonna keep up the treatment
its looking good. I'll keep you updated

ACV is a life saver !!. For a guy who is skeptical about everything
that is said on the internet, ACV suggested on the net was definitely a
joke. WRONG, I was absolutely WRONG.
Got the plantars around May 2008. Did not know it was plantars till
december last year (thought it was corn or callous). Used all sorts of
over the counter Scholl's stuff. Cost me quite a lot of dollars,
useless stuff. They had no effect on the wart.
It started on my left foot , near my big toe. Spread on to my right leg
under the ball of my foot - extremely painful to walk on. And picking
on the wart helped it spread to my palms and fingers. Was going through
hell !!!.
Enter ACV (got it from Albertsons for 3$). Like the others have said I
used a tissue soaked in ACV and covered it with duct tape. The wart
turned black in about 10 days. I washed my hands with ACV before going
to sleep and left it to dry on my hands.
The warts turned black and vanished in about 20 days - all of them
gone. This happened in January and now not even a trace of the warts is
left on my hands or feet !!
Thanks God for ACV !!!

Unknowingly after 6 months of agonizing pain I was informed what was on
the bottom of my heel, it's a plantars wart!
I was told by a previous victim. He said I had to have them cut out by
a doctor. So I set out to do my own investigating.
Who would have knew? APPLE CIDER VINEGAR! My pain was gone in 3 days!
Wart completely gone in about 2 weeks!
Since then I have started drinking ACV for all of it's great benefits,
and what do you know, my high blood pressure is now normal. Wow! Take
that drug companies!

I am not usually one to review things, or post feedback on stuff I read
online, but I was so amazed by this treatment I couldn't resist!!
About 4.5 years ago, I noticed a small plantar wart on the bottom of
the ball of my foot, likely picked up from a summer of lifeguarding. It
seemed like the more I tried to treat it with the standard treatments
(freezing etc) the bigger it got. Finally, I just gave up and hoped it
would one day magically disappear.
Lately I began thinking about it again (because it obviously didn't
magically disappear!) and started browsing the internet for alternative
treatments. It wasn't bothering me physically, it was just embarassing!
I had tried duct tape, garlic, and banana peel in the past with no
success, but had never heard of apple cider vinegar until stumbling
upon this site.
I must admit, even after reading all the testimonials I was still
pretty skeptical. So, if you are reading this and are also feeling
skeptical, please, just try it!!! It is a total miracle.
After 3 weeks of treating the wart with apple cider vinegar twice a day
(taping a cotton ball soaked in vinegar to my foot once in the morning
and once before bed), it is 100% gone! It hurt a bit...kind of a
throbbing feeling... but nothing unbearable. I thought about giving up
after one week because I saw no change, but after about 1.5 weeks it
totally dried up and turned black, so just keep with it!
Good luck!

I had the same warts on my toes for three years and thought nothing
would make them go away.
Then a helpful person suggested apple cider vinegar to me and it worked
in exactly 2 weeks!
I could not believe that something so simple could rid me of my biggest
problem/embarrassment.

Wow, it worked!
I had a plantar on the ball of my right foot (behind my big toe) for
the last year. It started small and eventually grew to be about 3/4
inch in diameter. Most of it was below surface so it didn't bother me
too much to walk on it (though at times it ached or hurt if I stepped a
certain way on it).
I decided to let it go and see if it would go away eventually on it's
own. I've heard of such things. Well to my astonishment, after a year,
another small one appeared next to it. Whoa, that was it! I didn't want
a foot full of these things.
I found this website and read about ACV and decided to give it a try.
How much could ACV, cotton balls, and duct tape cost? Well, actually
about $4 all together. I soaked small cotton balls (the same size as
the plantars) and applied them and held them in place with duct tape (I
found wrapping completely around my foot to be the best way to hold the
cotton in place).
By the second day, I could see it reacting with the plantars. They
became dark and loose. I changed the balls twice each day (removing as
much dead skin as possible and washing with antibacterial soap before
applying the new cotton). It took longer than expected, but it worked.
Total time was two weeks for the plantars to be completely gone (even
the big one). I still have a tender area on the ball of my foot where
the new skin is healing but the plantars are completely gone! I figure
a few more days and I'll be as good as new! I am telling everyone I
know about ACV for this terrible problem that plagues so many people.
I hope this story encourages others to try it. Anyway, what do I have
to lose? Thank you for this site and thanks for reading my story with a
happy ending. Good Luck!

I got my first and only wart about 2 years ago.
I tried all kinds of natural ointments but none worked. I read about
ACV and tried it a week ago.
Nothing happened the first 2 days but then it started to hurt for about
2 days. It turned black and rough and hard. I just now touched the wart
and the hard skin just came off. Hallelujah! I'll continue with ACV
until the skin is smooth again.
I'm a believer. Now I wouldn't even mind if I got another wart. Well,
not really.
Happy New Year.

I have to say I'm shocked at the effectiveness of ACV.
Same as the stories here basically, with the warts in a genitally
unfortunate place.
Cotton ball (torn in half), soaked with ACV, taped with medical tape,
the rest of the area wiped with a damp cloth to avoid irritating
anywhere it dripped to. The wart turned white after an hour, black
after a day, after two days of continual application it fell off. The
skin around is irritated, possibly as much from the tape.
After this irritation heals there is another nearby cluster of warts,
and I will probably attack the original one for another couple days.
They are flatter and in a cluster, unlike the other one, and also did
not turn white the first time ACV was put on them, like the other one.
I've searched medical literature for references to ACV. However, I can
only find references to other acids, and no studies relating to using
it as a primary cure.
I'm not too surprised that doctors and the medical industry are
suggesting such things as Aldara - expensive AND ineffective. But I am
pretty surprised to not see at least a couple studies and some
anecdotal opinion from a handful of diverse sources. (I wouldn't
believe everything I see on a site like apple-cider-vinegar-benefits,
until it saved me).
I wonder does stopping the ACV for a day or two to allow some minor
skin irritation to subside risk the treatment (this being after a
single wart fell off, and a cluster that was only treated with ACV for
a few hours had no reaction)? With the complete lack of studies about
this amazing treatment, it's probably impossible to answer this. But
anecdotal reports would be useful, I'll have one myself soon.

I have three plantar warts on my feet that I have had frozen off 3
times at the doctors, and have tried over the counter meds as well,
with no luck.
I have only had them for about 5 months, but they were causing a lot of
pain. I am a diabetic so need to be extra careful with my feet.
I thought I would give the vinegar thing a try and I must admit, it has
made such an improvement, I am amazed.
After showering, I scrubbed the areas around the warts with a pumice
stone to get rid of the rough skin surrounding the warts. I then
applied a vinegar soaked cotton ball(I used the ends of the Q-tips) and
secured with medical tape. I was changing this every evening before I
went to bed and in the morning, but now have just been doing it before
bed each night. I did have a hard time finding tape that stuck well,
but finally had luck with Johnson and Johnson cloth medical tape.
I have been doing this treatment for approximately 2 weeks and I have
no pain and all 3 of the warts have flattened out and there is new skin
around the area. They are not completely gone yet, so will keep
treating until they are, but am very surprised and happy with the
results.
The pain involved with this treatment was minimal, compared to the pain
of walking with the warts. The only time I had significant pain was
when I got the vinegar on an open area, where some skin had peeled off,
and it burned badly, but otherwise was nothing terrible.
I wish I would have tried this before ever going to the doctor, but
being Diabetic, I asked them first. I pray I never contract plantar
warts ever again, but if I do, I will certainly try the apple cider
vinegar treatment first.

I had about 7 or 8 warts in various spots on my right knee. I also had
6 warts total on both of my hands. A few of the warts had been there
for over 4 years..
I tried EVERYTHING you can think of over the counter but nothing would
work and it seemed like every month a new wart would appear!!
Finally I read online the home remedy of using apple cider vinegar. I
soaked a small piece of a cotton ball in the vinegar, and then taped it
to the warts at night right before bed. After about 5 days of doing
this (and you have to be consistent), the warts suddenly started to
turn black, flatten, and eventually disappeared!!!
Every single wart is now gone, with absolutley no scars left behind!
This has been over 6 months ago and none of the warts have came back!
Apple Cider Vinegar is truely amazing in my book and I strongly suggest
anyone at least give it a try!
It was a miracle for me.
