ACV after childbirth

Happy and healthy.

Happy and healthy.

French translation

After my second pregnancy which I gained over 60lbs in weight, I tried everything I could and within the first year afterwards I lost maybe 5lbs.

I heard of taking ACV and it's potential for weight loss so I would add about 4tsps of orange juice and 2 tbls of ACV and fill the rest with water a few times daily. I would consume on average 2 litres of water and kept my same eating habit/ exercise routine (30minutes/day min,) and within 6 months I've already lost 45 lbs.

It didn't change my appetite in anyway but I found I had more energy after I started loosing the weight and I'm no longer retaining water as much and the majority of my belly fat is no longer there.

I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I wish I had a before and after picture but I would not go near a camera with all my weight. My lifestyle is healthier and I'm much happier.

Shedding baby weight after #3
by: Anonymous

I've been low carbing for 1 month (week #3 off for family visit) and dropped 6lb in that time.

On week #4, I started acv after lunch and dinner. The weight dropped faster. Over a pound a day for 3 days so far. I know its quick to pass judgment after 4 days, but even low carbing doesn't have results like this.

I don't eat white carbs or sugar, I drink 1/2 gal of green tea/herbal tea a day, I cook with coconut oil and put some in my coffee. So, I know my diet is why I am losing weight, but the acv is accelerating it…..I think. Guess I'll know for sure in a few weeks.

Regarding breastfeeding
by: Lisa

I wouldn't see why it would hurt since the product is completely natural. However, if you're breastfeeding, I'd mention it to your doctor/midwife just to see their thoughts on it. Another thing too that I wasn't aware of until now, is that if you're sensitive to acid it can make it worse. I've weaned myself off the drink because I've reached my goal weight but I am more sensitive to anything with a higher acidity but it's nothing a few Tums can't fix. To be honest, it's a small price to pay to have the weight gone and permanently. (this product was even on the Dr oz show so it is something I'm comfortable with)
