Apple Cider Vinegar Has Eased My Sinus Symptoms!!

I read on this site where another person was suffering from sinus and I have had the same trouble just about every day: coughing, sneezing, clearing my throat, etc.

Last night I put a teaspoonful in my water and when I woke up today I didn't have the coughing or clearing my throat, etc. that I normally do.

Today I added a teaspoonful to my iced tea and was clear of the symptoms once again! This product is great! For a fraction of the cost of an over the counter medication without any side affects, I can breathe and feel "normal" once again.

I HIGHLY recommend apple cider vinegar to anyone who suffers from sinus. You may taste the apple cider vinegar very slightly but it is so worth it!!

If you are reading this post and suffer from sinus troubles try this. It won't cost an arm and a leg and you will be able to breather better in no time!!

Since I was 14 years old, I was diagnosed with chronic sinus infection which eventually has turned into severe allergy.

I have suffered immensely of bad headaches, sinus pressure, lots of weakness...

Had heard about ACV for a while but was turned off by the smell and taste of it. Only recently had the guts to try it out because my allergies got worse and I must say I never knew of any natural product that could have the cure and the fast results needed to feel good!

So I strongly recommend it to anyone...Try it out you will feel full of energy and you will no longer need to go to the doctor for medications that really don't work.
