After the birth of my baby girl, I was 40 lbs heavier, I then used ACV 3 times a day and shed it all in 2 months as well as all the CELLULITE from even before.
I started taking Bragg's 3 times a day for cellulite reduction and weight loss. Yes it really works. I may add I also workout 5 days a week and eat very healthy. I recently got a yeast infection. I think it may be the Bragg's. Anyone else have this happen?

I am 36 and have four children (gaining over 40 lbs with each) ages 2, 4,6 and 8. I use the Bragg ACV drink and dry skin rubbing and my cellulite is gone and I weigh less than before I had kids (120 lbs.) Miracle liquid. I also cut out all refined sugar and milk. Feeling great.
Drink
2 tsp of ACV
2 tsp honey
8 oz water 1 our before meal three times a day
I actually like the taste now.
Bragg also has a book about the miracles of ACV. It helped my 4 year old stop couging.

Whole Foods has Chewable Tablets that have a green apple flavoring to them.
You can either chew them or suck on them like a candy and can take one or two a daily.
I have been using these as opposed to the liquid forms and I have seen results just after a few days and you can take them anywhere!
