This is an email that I sent to my co-worker after taking ACV for just one week:

Good Morning Cheri,

I am very pleased to share with you that today marks my first week on the apple cidar vinegar diet. I really don’t consider it a diet at all because I still eat what I want.

In one week, I lost a total of 5.4 lbs! Isn’t that amazing! I mean, that is without dieting or starving.

That vinegar must have some truly fat burning properties because IT WORKS! (You can tell how excited I am…LOL!!!)

I'm taking acv too , but no results at all, I'm taking almost 3 weeks, so what else you doing that you are losing weight.
