I was unable to move my left arm above the horizontal. Just lifting my arm to that level caused pain. I tried cortisone shots, physical therapy, arthritis balms and nothing seemed to work.

I was actually scheduled for surgery when one of my friends suggested Apple Cider Vinegar.
