We believe ACV works

My husband was always having heartburn. An older lady he worked with told him to drink a shot of ACV every morning and it would go away. So we bought him a gallon jug and he started doing that. Within a month no more rolaids and the heart burn was gone.

Then he started noticing weight loss. So without changing his eating habits much and no exercise he lost 23 lbs in a year. He really eats what ever he wants and when ever. But the weight just kept coming off a little at a time.
He used to work out all the time and try and eat right to lose weight and it never happened.

We both believe its the ACV.

So now I have started, but also watching what I eat. So I hope in a year I will drop 20lbs.

Started taking ACV in water every day, 3 years ago.

Originally lost 20lbs putting me at a healthy 115lbs. Never lose/gain an ounce anymore even though I can eat whatever I want whenever I want!

This stuff truly works if you stick to it...once you do you'll never want to stop!

ACV really is the best: appetite suppressant, cure for what ails-ya, and treatment of head-lice, and other non acceptable aspects of modern life, (eg. worms: yeach!)

Patricia Braggs is the best, can be used as a salad 'dressing' by spraying it on. (Bit expensive though)

To really lose weight, take the apple cider vinegar 3 times daily and at night, take the Dr. Udo's omega three, six, nine oil....

Your sugar will normalise, your cravings disappear, and your waistline will too.

Little by little, you will notice. Good luck all

As far as I know, taking ACV before meals is better as this curbs your appetite and improves digestion and acid reflux.

I started taking for acid reflux. I have mixed ACV with green tea and some honey and kept it readymade in the refrigerator so that I can drink it whenever I want.

Early morning empty stomach is suggested. Also before lunch and dinner.

I will update the post after 1 month.
I am a woman in mid 30s and today I weigh 144 lbs!

Please give update on your progress...have you lost any weight now that you are taking ACV and do you drink ACV while you eat or before you eat? or does that matter?
