ACV Eases Rheumatism

A client called with severe rheumatism. She wondered if I had any natural suggestions to ease her symptoms.

I suggested that she mix 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper into 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. She was to rub her painful, inflamed areas with this mixture a number of times a day.

I was pleasantly surprised when she called back the next morning to tell me that it worked very well and her sore knees had greatly improved.
