ACV for Horse Sore Backs

by Josh
(Akron, Ohio, USA)

French translation

I had a horse that through its back out at the county fair one year.

I couldn't ride him and still had to show.

My farrier had suggested mixing ACV, water, salt, and absorbine into a spray bottle and rub it in to his back.

It worked over night. Pride was fine the next day, we even got two first's.

ACV for Horse Stifle Injury
by: Heidi (Plymouth, CA, USA)

My daughter's gelding suffered a bad stifle injury. The vet said "There's nothing you can do. His riding days are over."

He was 5 at the time.

We happened to be talking to an old cowboy at an auction. He said "1/2 a cup of ACV in his water once a week, and you'll never see his injury flare again."

He was correct! They were back barrel racing right away!
