I drank 2 teaspoons of ACV every morning in warm water, also I did not drink ice water but warm water.
Each morning I ate a servings of broccoli, baby carrots and spinach steamed, a boiled egg and 2 slices of tomato and some lettuce, and that really helped me to shed 25 pounds in three months.
