ACV helped my tennis elbow & arthritis, on top of losing weight

Not only did I lose weight, it helped my tennis elbow and aching arthritis in my hands.

I drank 3-4 drinks a day. 1tbs of ACV, 1tbs of raw honey to 8 oz. of water.

I sometimes heated the water in the microwave until warm (not hot, it will kill the properties). It tasted just like a hot apple cider drink. It tastes great that way, or cold with ice too.

I am suffering from arthritis and joint pain, knee pain.

Since one month I am taking 2 tbsp in the morning 1/2 hour before food and one tsp at night before going to bed.

But, I didn't find any change in my body...still suffering the same...
After taking this I started developing boils on my forehead and on my scalp...

I don't know for how long I have to take it to get results...

I am taking organic Bragg apple cider vinegar.... Please suggest me... Thanks

I've been drinking the ACV with water 3 times a day for two weeks now.

The first week I lost 2.4 pounds (haven't weighed myself yet this week).

But the best thing is that my elbow has been much less painful. It still gets stiff when I have it in the same position, but no real pain when doing anything!!
