I'm currently training for a half marathon.
I started taking ACV five days ago and have NOT experienced any aches from running eight to ten miles a day.
I feel like new after my long runs and don't feel sore the next morning like before. I owe it to ACV.
I have also shared my secret with all my family & friends.
I swear by ACV!!!
