ACV Kills Hunger Pangs !!!!

by Susan Harrigan

French translation

At the end of May 2008 I weighed 237 and decided to start taking ACV diluted in water as a "cleansing fast" but soon discovered other wonderful benefits.

Very soon I realized that although I didn't feel hunger on the fast, I was getting light headed (while driving!). So I quit fasting but continued to drink daily a quart of water containing 1/4 cup of ACV (I use Trader Joe's unfiltered) and 4 tablespoons of Splenda.

I am also walking my Chihuahua about 4 evenings a week for 40 minutes, and following a simple "no flour, no sugar, no red meat" diet. At the end of July I weighed 217.

I wasn't expecting to not feel hunger while taking ACV but that is exactly what happened to me. Other benefits are that I really feel calmer, more in control of not just eating but personal relationships too.

Another benefit is that I don't have the urge to void as frequently. Perhaps ACV has a similar acidity to cranberry juice. My bladder is calmer as well, and I have not had a bladder infection since starting this ACV regimen.

I'm very impressed with ACV and believe that it is a helpful tool to any sensible weight loss plan. If you are not hungry, it is certainly easier to stick to a diet plan.

STEVIA The Best !
by: simplylois

The best natural way to sweeten things is STEVIA.

Stevia Extract is..
* a natural Herb
* Calorie-free
* Saccharin-free
* Aspartame-free
* Non-bitter Aftertaste

It is on the higher priced sweetener but it goes a long way...

SPLENDA IS DANGEROUS!
by: Gooddoer

Please do not take Splenda...

Splenda is a harmful chemical and I have heard that it causes muscle problems. I came across an article in which a woman was having some serous health issues (like very less mobility) due to an unknown reason!
As a last wish, she went on a vacation where, suddenly, she felt much better and was able to move.

She called her doctor and tried to find out what she did differently to see this change. She then realized that she did not get her artificial sweetener for a few days and was shocked to find that it was that "killer" that had caused her immobility!!!

So, please.... everyone.. Stop Splenda or any harmful artificial sweeteners.

At the most may be u can try honey or unprocessed sugar (like organic brown sugar, etc...).

Does vinegar made of acetic acid work?
by: Anonymous

Hi!
I have been reading about ACV on the net. It seems really good but I want to know whether vinegar made from acetic acid has the same effect as ACV?
Thanks

Stevia
by: Takayu

Stevia is an alternative natural sweetner. Splenda like Sweet and Low etc are neurotoxins. They contain either Sucrolose or Aspartame.Google these terms to see side effects.

splenda

I agree with Dee. Splenda is a chemical. Do not believe the propaganda about it being natural. That is a lie.
