My weight has been fluctuating between 58-68kg for the last 15 years.
When I gained weight I turned to weight loss pills, mostly over the counter because doctors wouldn't prescribe anything as I would still be within my normal BMI range.
I was always very fatigued and starting to look very old for my age.
I read somewhere about ACV for acne, which I'd suffered from for years, and started drinking it once or twice a day, 1 teaspoon in water with honey, and my skin cleared up dramatically ( if only I heard about it 15 years ago I'd have no scars).
I kept taking the drink in fear of blemishes and in the meantime stopped taking a diet pill, thinking I should give my body a break.
For days I worried about the weight gain. Days turned into weeks, and after a few months still no weight gain.
I randomly started reading more about ACV and I'll be. That's the reason I'm not fat yet, hopefully never will be.
I'm not crazy tired anymore, my skin looks better, I'm not spending $100s a month on diet pills, and it's yum. Can let the drink go cold too, so good for summer and winter.
ACV is brilliant!
