Apple Cider Vinegar for Dandruff - It Works!

by Katie

French translation

I have had a problem with dry/dandruff scalp for a long time & I have tried all the special dandruff shampoos but they only seemed to make the problem worse.

Then I started using the apple cider vinegar rinse, I used 1 Tablespoon to 1 Cup water ratio once every other day & I have seen a huge improvement.

My hair is soft, shiny, & feels so much better. Its already cleared up 90% of the dandruff & its only been a week.

I am very glad that I started using it, I love the way my hair feels. It works!

I hope you will be healed
by: Letitia

Dear Dear,
I did not get your name, but I call you Dear.
I hope you get healed from the dandruff by using vinegar.

I have the same problem too. And I have been using regular vinegar because the Bragg vinegar is too expensive for this purpose. But I hope someday I will be healed of this ailment too.

The problem I find is that I cannot wash my hair every other day because it is too much time-consuming. I usually leave the vinegar about 6 hours on the scalp, and then wash it. Sometimes I leave it over night, and in the morning I wash it. But the dandruff comes back, and as soon as it comes back I should put the vinegar on, but because of the smell I don't do it.

I think I will put it on to see if it works.

Thank you Dear for your story.

I love ACV for Dandruff, Weightloss, and CLEAN HAIR!
by: Tiffany, Florida, USA

Like many others I have problems with dandruff and I am also overweight.

I heard about ACV from my father who have a friend who used it to shed about 200 pounds.
Thinking she was lying to my father, I never used it until a few weeks ago when all else had failed for my dandruff and weight loss.

All I can say is that, despite the smell and the taste, ACV worked wonders for me.

I actually lost a few pounds so far, taking two tablespoons of ACV a day.

I also use ACV twice a week for my dandruff and I leave the apple cider vinegar in after I wash my hair.

The first time I used it, I felt my scalp BREATHE! despite a little burning sensation.
I also noticed that my hair was very clean and very soft.

A few days later, my hair returned to itching and I saw a little dandruff again.

But I kept using ACV and I am happy with the results.
