Down 50lbs with Apple Cider Vinegar
I used to weigh 242 at night now I am weighing in around 193 - 192 lbs., somewhere in there.
I started taking apple cider vinegar around 1995 in the fall and it took about 1 year and 2 months approximately to lose that. Sometimes I would run out and it would be 3 weeks before I would get around to buying more.
I would try to pop 1 or 2 pills with every meal. I am only to take 1 with every meal but I thought what the heck why not two. Sometimes I'd forget a pill so I would take two also.
It really curbed my appetite. It is a gradual weight loss but a good one.
I went off of apple cider vinegar around the spring of 2007 and just started taking again. I was down about 55 lbs but gained 10 back after the death of my father in June of 2008. So now I wanted to get back to 55 lbs down plus more. It is time.
During the time I took these pills, I did a week also of the soup diet by the heart institute and lost 10 lbs doing that and it stayed off. I don't want to do that again as all you think about then is food.
