Feeling Very Full! - With ACV

I just began my diet today and the cravings are bad. Today my mother made cookies and there are many unhealthy foods in the house. Anyways, I was sitting here about ten minutes ago craving those cookies pretty badly when I came across this site telling me all the benefits of apple cider vinegar.

Suddenly I remembered that I had some in the cupboard!
I put two teaspoons into a glass of water and began to slowly drink it. I didn't have any honey so the taste wasn't great, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. I wasn't even half way through the mix when I began to feel full, as if I had just eaten! I waited a couple more minutes and I felt even more full, like I had eaten 2 bowls of noodles!

I feel great right now and have no urge to eat. I think this will really help me lose weight.

I'm a first time visiter to this site and I am so inspired by the weight loss comments that I started taking ACV Iin a glass of water) before eating breakfast and lunch. Alredy I can feel a difference. My cravings for food have eased and I don't feel the need to stuff myself with un-needed calories.

Yes, the taste is awful, but I don't care if the ACV will help me. Eating for "taste" has gotten me to 215 pounds. (The food I "love" clearly doesn't love me in return!) Now I'm just about what is going to help me -- not hurt me -- and I put ACV in that category.

Thanks for all of the great info and I will let you know how my weight loss is going :)
