how acv is helping me shed some extra unwanted pounds

I've been wanting to shed just a few pounds and I heard of this apple cider vinegar method, and I was like, I'll try it.
So every morning along with breakfast I have been taking 2 tablespoon shots of acv. It tastes horrible , then I chase it with a glass of water.
Along with this I have been walking 2-3 miles every day and eating bigger breakfasts and less throughout the day and I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
They say it helps to take the toxins out of the body and burns fat, and I am literally sweating throughout the day doing nothing, it's wierd. But I feel better too.
I have 17 more pounds I wanna get rid of, so I'm gonna continue doing this.
