I have 2 small breed dogs that were infested with fleas. I tried all the expensive otc treatments and shampoos.

I was looking up what I could use in the yard when I read about acv.

After washing the dogs with a small amount of dish soap, I sprayed them while still in the tub with the acv/water.
NO more itching. No more crying. Relief at last!!!!!!

Side note...found Borax to be very good in the yard and cheaper , safer than chemicals.

Borax
by: Anonymous

In response to the statement of putting Borax around the yard and on the carpet for fleas, Borax is toxic to your pets!

Do not use it in the area that your pets go into.

flea's Borax and vinegar and ITCHING
by: mira wilder

IF YOU GET A BITE:
simply wash the area and then if you get a lot of bites and they itch almost "orgasmically" you know the itch I am talking about:) (you itch because it hurts so good!), sit on the edge of the bath tub, turn on the hot water and as hot as you can take it, burn the itch out and then when you are done with the water therapy leaving your ankles or whatever damp; pour Apple cider vinegar on it and let it dry.

The itching will be magically gone and you have not spent any money going to the doctor for some creme that not only doesn't help but may be worse and prolong the problem (I am an older girl and have been around the block , so I hope you believe me!)

My best to all who read this!!!
