I Lost Weight Without Trying - Using ACV

I have had a lifelong battle with my weight.
I could never control the inevitable gradual gain of weight over the years. When I felt disgusted enough, I would crash diet and lose anywhere from 10 - 50 pounds until my will power gave out and the process would start all over again.
As I've gotten older, the only thing I've tried to do is to cut out desserts, but even that has been difficult, and the weight would come on even without the desserts.
About 3 months ago, I began taking 2 tablespoons of ACV daily - one first thing in the morning and the other before I went to bed.
I did not start it to lose weight but as a means of trying to boost my immune system to ward off colds and infections.
I had heard of using it for weight loss but was extremely skeptical. After about 7 weeks, people began commenting that I was losing weight. I still didn't believe it. I have no scales at home, so I do not weigh on a regular basis.
Nonetheless, it dawned on me over the last 2 days just how true it is! To my amazement, I tried on several pairs of old, tight trousers, and they are now becoming loose and floppy.
There is no doubt about it, and I have a theory. Somehow, the ACV puts the body into ketosis and burns fat. I suspect this because when I've been in ketosis before, I could always smell a kind of sweet smell, and I had noticed this several times over the past few weeks prior to really noticing the weight loss.
