I have always suffered from excess weight on my upper body regardless of diet and exercising to the point of exhaustion.
I was diagnosed with fatty liver and the Doctors would say I was not exercising enough and still eating too much!
I was on a 1200 calorie a day low carb, low fat diet and doing an hour of Tae-bo each day with yoga before bed. I still had a fat stomach and back with skinny little legs.
I read on a diabetes website (I'm not diabetic by the way) that a study found people taking a teaspoon of ACV before lunch and dinner every day were losing weight, I thought why not? It took about 3 months but I have lost 15 centimeters from my waist.
It's been about a year now since I started this simple routine and I found I don't have to half kill myself with strenuous exercise anymore, I enjoy taking my dog for a half hour walk everyday and still stretch before bed.
Doctors have asked how I managed the turn around and have said it was simple - ACV. They too said they would try it.
My clothes are now baggy and no more elastic waist jeans. I also noticed that I don't get colds and flu while everyone else around me is sick.
