ACV for weight loss, constipation and other benefits

I'm a 44 year old woman who was 20kg overweight and have lost 6kg in the last 4 months as a result of taking ACV.

I've struggled to lose weight for 15 years, despite having tried numerous programs. Any moderate success I had was always followed by regained weight.

I've been aware that ACV was good for you for years but never really gave it a go for more than very brief periods.
I can't even recall now what made me make the effort but I started consuming 1 - 2 tbsp in a glass of water 1st thing every morning.

Within a couple of weeks, I noticed that my bowels had become regular. Without fail, I go to the toilet within 1 hour of getting up every day and usually much quicker than that. This is a miracle.

I have also struggled with constipation for a very long time.

About 6 weeks after I started taking it, I realized I had lost a bit of weight without trying. I had pretty much given up on ever losing it!. Surprisingly I continued to lose weight. About once a month I seemed to drop a kg or so. I now seem to be losing at a faster rate.

My attitude towards food has completely changed. I no longer crave food. I don't ever stuff myself. I haven't been eating particularly healthy but I haven't been living on junk either. So the weight continues to come off without any real effort.
I also haven't been doing any exercise other than spurts of hard work in the garden.

I am now inspired to make an effort and eat the right things and start an exercise regime as I am confident that I can get back to a much more healthy weight.

So pleased I found ACV

Apple cider vinegar for my chronic constipation

I use apple cider vinegar for my chronic constipation.

Every night at bedtime I put 2 teaspoons in a glass of water and drink it. On waking, I go to the bathroom normally.

In the morning I put a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in my tea and I am not hungry until noon.
