From 311 pounds down to 216 pounds with the help of ACV
(Story translated from French)
When I was 15 years old, I weighed 311 pounds… unbelievable! That period of my life has been the most difficult one I had to bear. I underwent a program followed by my doctor and a professional dietitian specialized in nutrition for months with no results.
Weeks later, I decided to take matters in my own hands.
I was almost 16 years old. I decided to do my training and my own diet.
Here is what I did:
- 5 jogging sessions of 5 -15 minutes a week
- 2 - 3 liters (68 - 102 oz) of water a day
- well balanced meals each day, always eating good food
- a snack every 2 hours (bananas, small cookie, but often one apple)
- before each jogging session, 1 tablespoon of organic ACV
I lost around 100 pounds in 7-8 months without the help of a doctor or a professional.
Before starting ACV, I was losing an average of 10 pounds a month with this regime. But when I added ACV, though I was eating the same and doing exactly the same exercises, I lost 15 to 20 pounds a month. How about that for a coincidence? Lol!
I have shortened my story quite a bit but here it is to say that with perseverance and determination, it is possible to lose weight.
Though I have no idea why but apple cider vinegar and raw apples have helped me a lot. In addition, taking some green tea helped reduced the jogging cramps. Here again, I have no idea why it worked but it worked.
So, I lost up to 105 pounds. Afterward, my weight increased a little but it was from muscle development. I finally stabilized at about 216 pounds.
When I was 311 pounds, my body fat % was 53%.
When I reached 216 pounds, my body fat % was down to 14.9%, which is considered athletic (the normal or standard reading is around 21%)
Apple cider vinegar is magic. After a jogging session, I am drained out of my energy but taking some apple cider vinegar reenergizes my body.
Weird thing, but it is what it is.
So, when I am extremely tired following a jogging session, I take one tablespoon of ACV and that really helps.
As I have always felt, “Where there is a will, there is a way!”
